What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mine Construction- Repair position at Patriot Industrial Services, LLC?
We are currently seeking motivated and skilled Surface Mine Construction Personnel to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to work on large-scale surface mining projects and are willing to travel to various job sites. As part of the construction team, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of surface mine construction, from deconstruction and rebuilding to infrastructure installation and site preparation.
This position requires individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role in the mining field.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical maintenance/ iron work/ industrial construction
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Proficient in welding techniques, including stick welding
- Experience as a Welder/ Fabricator recommended
- Knowledge of prep plant operation is desirable
