Patriot Industries is seeking a dynamic and talented Inside Sales Manager for the overall Sales Department to work out of the Chester, VA Location.
Founded in 2010 by Tom & Sarah Click, Patriot Industries is the only American Owned & Operated Family Business producing the full lines of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Rigid Steel, and EMT Conduit Products and Fittings. The company has 3 Factories in North America…2 in Virginia and 1 in Texas. Patriot maintains inventory in 12 Locations throughout the USA and is aiming for significant growth in 2025.
Patriot's Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the inside sales team as well as obtaining department sales goals while working closely with Outside Sales and Agents to build the opportunity pipeline, and delivering revenue and profitability growth for the Electrical Conduit Products Line.
This is a "tip of the spear" position and as such requires a high level of energy, relationship building skills, technical acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing and managing the inside sales team as well as obtaining department sales goals.
Primary Duties
- Complete reporting and analytics associated with determining and driving Inside Sales Team success.
- Managed Inside Sales Team and provide sales support to existing accounts and obtain new orders to grow market share.
- Recruit, train and supervise members of the inside sales team.
- Educate inside sales team on effectively answering customer questions.
- Evaluate current sales practices and procedures and determine effectiveness.
- Support Inside Sales Team in addressing and resolving customer complaints.
- Maintain and evaluate Inside Sales Team’s utilization, updating, and tracking of customer engagement and projects in CRM.
- Maintain and enhance product knowledge, applications and technical expertise within the industry.
- Manage Inside Sales Team and follow-up on leads provided from a variety of sources as a part of Sales Department Strategy.
- All other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Educational & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in managing inside sales with a history of obtaining and exceeding sales goals
- Personnel management experience

Physical Demands
In terms of an 8-hour workday, “occasional” equals 1% to 33%, “frequent” equals 34% to 66% and “continuous” equals 67% to 100%. However, some duties are performed monthly, annually or sporadically throughout the year and are essential functions.
