Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and set sales appointments with clients.
- Perform rooftop inspections and develop accurate estimates and proposals.
- Maintain and update client information in the company CRM.
- Present solutions to clients and close sales.
- Perform customer follow-ups to maintain relationships and generate future referrals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs.

Position Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, set up and climb 20'-30' ladders, and walk on sloped roofs.
- Strong organizational, time management, and accountability skills.
- Understanding of residential construction is a plus (roofing sales experience not required).
- Reliable vehicle that can transport a ladder, laptop, and smartphone.
