The Path to Sales Management
Phase 1: Evaluation & Preparation (Months 1-3)
- Lead by Example: Align with our mission, values, and culture through consistent actions.
- Excel in Sales: Maintain top-tier performance while mastering our proven sales process.
- Build Team Trust: Foster strong relationships with peers and contribute to team success.
- Grow Personally: Complete leadership-focused readings and apply insights to your development.
Phase 2: Leadership Transition (Months 4-6)
- Month 4: Shadow our current Sales Manager and take on initial leadership tasks.
- Month 5: Co-manage the team with hands-on guidance from our leadership.
- Month 6: Step into an independent leadership role with continued support.
