Read on to see if your skills are a match, too.What You’ll Be Doing : We’re looking for a candidate with substantial SaaS experience and a strong track record of successful feature / product launches.Your weekly responsibilities will span five core areas : Working closely with your Development team. Ensure upcoming work is clearly defined and everyone understands the 'why' behind their tasks.Developing a deep knowledge of the Customer. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and challenges.Developing a deep knowledge of the Data. Develop and track success metrics for projects.Developing a deep knowledge of the Business. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Patriot Software’s business.Developing a deep knowledge of the Industry. This job requires you to be able to adapt to change quickly in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience.RequirementsWhat You’ll Need : 6 years of SaaS product management experience or equivalent experiencePayroll knowledge is preferred; however, we will consider those with experience in highly adjacent industries.Working knowledge of Agile software development lifecycles (SDLC).6 years of experience working with software engineering teams.2 years of experience working with design and quality assurance team(s).A proven record of product launches.Favors informed but quick decision-making.Demonstrable data analysis, user research, and product vision skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Open-minded, humble, and a team player.Excellent writing skills.Consistent, reliable high-speed internet access.Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Location & Commitments : Full-time, Direct Hire and 100% Remote roleThis position is open to all candidates who legally reside and are eligible to work in the United States.Working hours are established by each team and department based on business needs.
