Dispatcher - Automotive Service Department

Patriot Subaru is hiring another full-time Service Team Dispatcher, a person who can route the jobs coming through our advisors to our technicians. Buckle up and see if you’re ready for this.

Job Description: It takes the confidence of a triage nurse in a busy hospital, the focus and layered-thinking of an air traffic controller, the level-headed calmness of a fire/police dispatcher.

Nuts and Bolts: Hourly based compensation with performance bonus opportunities would project out to between $60k and $75k per year, based on previous experience. On top of that, outstanding benefits:

With this hire, we would have 2 Dispatchers, covering Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Schedule may be rotating or fixed depending on company/individual needs.
