Portsmouth, OH | IT Analyst | Full-time
We are actively recruiting an IT Analyst for our client in Lexington, KY. This is a contract opportunity that will require working in and around the Lexington, Paducah, or Portsmouth areas. As locations are subject to change, some travel within the region will be expected. In this role, you will be working closely with the SharePoint Administrator and M365 User Administrator in support of end users, as well as working with individuals on connectivity and Wi-Fi issues, handling a wide range of hardware.
Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to assist and support clients effectively.
Familiarity with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure to support clients' remote work environments.
General IT support capabilities
Ability to think on your feet and provide rapid solutions to technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure environment and user support.
Hands on experience in security policy, vulnerability mitigation, or related.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the migration of clients into the M365 environment.
Collaborate with SharePoint and M365 User Administrators to ensure seamless integration.
Work with clients on connectivity and Wi-Fi issues.
Support a diverse range of hardware.
Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support.
Utilize VDI experience to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service within an IT support role.
Proven ability to provide general IT support and think critically under pressure.
Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
Additional experience with Azure and/or a security background is advantageous.
