Field Service Technician (Oil and gas)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team for tank service and maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site tech support, maintenance, and repair services for our fuel tank related equipment and auto Fueler systems.

Duties

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of fueling systems and tanks
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues using various tools and techniques.
• Utilize an ohmmeter to measure electrical resistance and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and maintenance performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while performing duties.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using basic hand tools, including pipe wrenches, crescents, electrical testers and other basic tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers.
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 84 per week

• Evening shift
• Extended hours
• Morning shift
• Nights as needed
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Rotating shift
• Rotating weekends
• Year round work
