We are seeking an experienced Security Solutions Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by developing high-quality proposals that reflect our capabilities and meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the proposal development process from RFP/RFQ requirements to final submission.
- Craft clear, concise, and compelling security solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, executive leadership, and operations teams to ensure proposal compliance and quality.
- Develop and manage detailed proposal schedules, assignments, and deliverables.
- Foster effective communication among internal stakeholders to gather critical inputs and drive projects to completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of proposal management or business development experience in the security industry.
- Familiarity with armed and unarmed security services, multi-site operations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven project management skills, including coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
