Security Clearance
Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or accredited GED equivalent.
- 3 years of Navy submarine or similar shipyard submarine maintenance experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with a strong proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat DC, and Word.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Submarine Maintenance Engineering Planning and Procurement (SUBMEPP) activity with compiling Unrestricted Operations Maintenance Requirement Card (URO MRC) changes, generating redline mark-ups, and assist in the quarterly change publication.
- Perform Monitoring and initial compliance reviews of incoming URO MRC inspection reports and submit to the SUBMEPP Administrative Services Division for mailing, recording, and serialization.
- Compile SUBMEPP product information to include current and previous URO MRC revisions, current Maintenance Standard (MS) and Test Procedure (TP) libraries, Feedback Reports, and associated SUBSAFE technical manuals.
- Provide quarterly compact discs (CDs), including the CD generation, replication, and testing process.
