Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing team(s) to meet obligations for power generation.
- Providing guidance on safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborating with Asset Management and Accounting to achieve production and financial targets.
- Managing facility and corporate procedures, policies, training programs, safety programs, and work practices.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Implementing and maintaining the Community Engagement Plan.
Qualifications:
- Leadership and supervision experience in the power generation industry or military operations.
- Basic project management and computer proficiency.
