Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline voice of our company, responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations. You'll engage with customers over the phone, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and call center technology.
