Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' schedules and ensure timely appointments and meetings.
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up notes.
- Conduct research and compile data for projects as assigned by management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintain organized filing and documentation systems to ensure efficient access to information.
Qualifications:
