Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, making a lasting impression that reflects our commitment to exceptional service. As a Front Office Representative, you will manage a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of our front office, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and managing phone calls
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff and services.
- Maintain an organized front office area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
