We need a Category Manager to accelerate the pipeline in Pattern's priority categories through prescriptive brand targeting and support. This involves identifying the best-fit brands and subcategories, creating a list of priority accounts, and engaging with key stakeholders through relationship-building and strategic events. Additionally, leadership in category trade associations and heading up tradeshow strategies are crucial, including hosting events and coordinating with the sales team to maximize impact in target categories. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?
It typically takes up to 3 months for new team members to fully grasp and understand the day-to-day. The initial month includes a training plan, with substantial support and guidance provided throughout the process.
What is the team like?
You will work with the other Category Manager and be supervised and mentored by the President of Advisory and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
