We need a Human Resources Intern to dive into the world of employee engagement and talent management, helping to shape the future of Pattern's workforce while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. We are looking for someone with extremely high standards who is efficient and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to help our people be successful.
This is a full-time summer internship and will work a hybrid schedule (three days in office, two days remote each week) in Lehi, UT.

What is a day in the life of a Human Resources Intern?
- Develop a working knowledge of the HRIS (Workday) system to accurately maintain and update employee records.
- Support the clean-up and standardization of job descriptions and job profiles.
- Coordinate and assist managing intern program activities, including planning and logistics.

- This is a full-time summer internship providing valuable experience in the HR field. There is potential for the internship to continue part-time through the school year, offering further opportunity for growth and development within Pattern's HR team.
- You will work alongside an HR Generalist and be supervised by the Director of HR. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
