If you are passionate about technology, possess a proven track record of leadership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating innovative products that make an impact on space flight safety.Responsibilities Improve existing software development processes and procedures, ensuring consistent standards and best practices across multiple product development initiatives.Help create long-term roadmaps while ensuring short-term sprint objectives are met.Develop and administer technical training and certification programs to enhance the skills and expertise of the team.Work with engineers from other disciplines to develop software requirements and support design artifacts.Help foster a positive and inclusive team culture.Qualifications Active Secret security clearance.Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer or electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field.5 years’ relevant engineering experience.3 years’ experience in a technical lead / engineering management position.Experience guiding agile teams on how to use Agile / Scrum practices.Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery, and automated testing.Experience with cloud services, such as AWS.#J-18808-Ljbffr
