Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain accurate schedules for clinical staff and clients
- Manage and update scheduling software and systems; Central Reach
- Communicate with staff and clients regarding scheduling changes or conflicts
- Assist in the onboarding process for new staff members
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Support the operations team with day-to-day tasks and projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in scheduling or administrative roles
- Proficient in using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suites
- Exel and Google Spreadsheet expertise is highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
