Home Based; Full-Time, Exempt Position
Hours: 8:15 am-6:00pm (rotating closing shift)
Our collaborative team offers highly individualized services for clients on the autism spectrum and related disorders. These services may include; functional behavior assessments, curriculum-based assessments, consultation, working with insurance companies, direct therapy, if needed, development or delivery of small group training, coaching, and mentoring of staff, all of which are or are currently enrolled to be Registered Behavior Technicians.
In addition to this being a clinic-based position, there may be the opportunity to run your own small clinic within a school district, under the direction of our Classroom Clinical Director. A potential perfect opportunity to become a well-rounded BCBA.
YOUR VALUED ROLE
As an integral part of our team, you will assist the Clinical Director with including but not limited to:
- Hiring, training, supervising, and developing Behavior Technicians
- Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth.
- Demonstrate a functional understanding of best practices in ABA clinical care in a quantitative and qualitative manner.
- Provide Consultation and Support to families and children
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director on Program Development and Quality Assurance

HOW TO QUALIFY
- BCBA certification
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in ABA field
- Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Experience conducting assessments
- Be a master problem-solver, ability to think globally, and have sound decision-making skills
- Highly motivated team player!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
