Associate Attorney

Patterson Moore Butler, LLC, is a growing, boutique family law and criminal defense firm with offices in Cumming and Dawsonville. We are looking to expand our practice by adding an attorney with a concentration in criminal defense and civil litigation; some family law and estate planning experience are a plus, but not required. We have a fun, fast-paced work environment with a bonus structure for associates.

We are looking for an attorney with a focus on criminal defense and civil litigation with practical experience, both in and out of a courtroom, and can effectively manage their own caseload, opposing counsel, and clients.

• Ethical and active engagement with clients is expected, and patience is required.
• Regular court appearances in multiple counties and their various municipalities.
• Strong research, written and negotiating skills.
• A team-player mentality, in a small firm, we all help each other succeed.
• A willingness to engage in the community
• Familiarity with case management software such as CLIO, Odyssey, Peachcourt , etc.
• Active Georgia Bar license required
