What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at PATTERSON RV?
The Front Desk Receptionist is a Director of First Impressions. The first impression is the most important whether it is in person or over the phone. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience at the first point of contact and for directing customers and vendors to the appropriate dealership representative or resource. In addition, you will be assisting with the parts counter as needed.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Operate a multi-line phone including answering all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, transfer calls to the appropriate person or department quickly, or operating the dealership paging system, calls to individuals to the phone.
- Perform a variety of secretarial duties in support of the administrative activities, operations, and staff.
- Perform typing, mailing, faxing various correspondence or materials assigned.
- Take detailed messages when calls cannot be completed; including caller’s name, telephone number, time of call, and information requested, and deliver to appropriate party in a timely manner.
- Develop knowledge of basic dealership information in order to respond to callers who have general inquires.
- Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
- Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Patterson RV brand.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
