Job Description
The Analytics and Reporting Lead will be Accountable for driving the reporting and analytics solution approach and standardization across the shared services function. This position offers significant responsibility and interaction with leaders and stakeholders across the company to align strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, deliver actionable insights.
Detailed Description :
- Analyze data from various systems using advanced statistical techniques to generate insights that inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive share service reporting strategy that aligns with business goals and improves data-drive decision-making across Patterson-UTI.
- Collaborate with business units to identify, define, and consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive business performance.
- Define future state technology solutions to enhance reporting capabilities and support Patterson-UTI's long-term reporting strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and management to assess and understand business needs, ensure reporting solutions meet organization objectives.
- Support the testing phase of reporting solutions, identifying, and addressing any blockers to ensure successful implementation.

Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential.
