Sales Support Associate ULT

Brief Description:

The Sales Support Associate is a vital representative of Ulterra, supporting both field and office teams with professionalism and integrity. This position plays a key role in maintaining shop operations, assisting with inventory logistics, and covering field sales areas as needed. The Sales Support Associate ensures seamless communication between sales, operations, and logistics functions while delivering a high standard of customer service. Due to the dynamic nature of oilfield services, this role may require a 24-hour on-call availability.

Detailed Description:

• Provide operational and logistical support to sales representatives and district teams.
• Represent Ulterra professionally in both field and office environments.
• Manage and organize shop inventory and ensure equipment is maintained in proper working condition.
• Cover sales territories when field sales representatives are unavailable.
• Assist with transferring inventory and equipment between sales and district locations.
• Support communication between departments to address operational needs and customer opportunities.
• Monitor and report on customer feedback, issues, and service opportunities.
• Coordinate priorities effectively while working within a defined geographic area.
• Operate with a strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving, and urgency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities, transactions, and communications as required.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including assisting in shop tasks and supporting team initiatives.

• Regularly required to bend, stoop, sit, walk, talk, and hear.

Ability to lift and move items weighing 30 lbs. routinely, and up to 750 lbs. with mechanical assistance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 years of relevant experience in sales or related fields.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle under the Company’s Vehicle Use Agreement and Driving Policy.

The Sales Support Associate must work with an emphasis on safety for themselves and others including coworkers and third parties. The typical work environment will be in the shop or field which will require exposure to outdoor weather conditions, loud noise, working near moving mechanical parts, electrical energy, construction equipment, vibration, fumes, chemicals, and airborne particles.
