Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations at the local district, ensuring seamless activities related to inventory control, shipping & receiving, inventory accuracy, requisitioning, and expediting. The role ensures operational continuity by maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting the warehouse team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Leadership & Training: Provide strong leadership and training to the warehouse team to ensure high performance and efficient operations.
- Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, issuing, stocking, cycle counting, and ensuring safety standards are followed.
- Inventory Control: Ensure inventory is accurately tracked, and inventory levels are maintained at minimum required levels to support ongoing maintenance and operational needs.
- Order Management: Process purchase orders and ensure timely receipt of materials. Work with the Accounts Payable team to support purchase order research.
- Collaboration & Forecasting: Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to forecast needs based on historical consumption and material cost.
- KPI Monitoring: Provide KPI data to the Warehouse Manager and suggest improvements or corrective actions to meet operational targets.
- Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure stockroom with labeled shelving and efficient storage systems.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues as they arise and work proactively to resolve them, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
- Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other duties and tasks as requested by management to support warehouse operations.

Minimum Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience is required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years' of warehousing experience with Frac knowledge and some wireline experience preferred
Work Environment:
- Warehouse Setting: The position is primarily based in a warehouse environment, which can include both indoor and outdoor areas depending on the facility.
- Physical Demands: The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and the ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Safety Standards: The warehouse supervisor must ensure that safety protocols are adhered to, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining safe working conditions.
