Job Summary/ Responsibilities
Maintains knowledge of computer software system and other technology systems.
Contact customers and schedules appointments for service on appliances.
Answer phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
Builds a positive relationship with customers.
Creates Service Tickets and follows through to make sure they are completed accurately and in a timely
manner.
Completes required training in the expected timeframe and participates in ongoing learning opportunities.
Adheres to all company polices/ procedures and protocols
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be available to work Monday through Saturdays as necessary
Must be willing to work as a team player
Must have great communication skills verbally/ written
Strong computer skills
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Able to multitask calmly and efficiently
Must have pleasant demeanor
Physically able to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting and other activities necessary
to perform job
