What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Call Coordinator position at PATTERSONS HOME APPLIANCE CENTER?

· Maintains knowledge of computer software system and other technology systems.
· Contact customers and schedules appointments for service on appliances.
· Answer phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer
inquiries and complaints.
· Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
· Builds a positive relationship with customers.
· Creates Service Tickets and follows through to make sure they are completed
accurately and in a timely manner.
· Completes required training in the expected time-frame and participates in ongoing
learning opportunities.
· Adheres to all company polices/ procedures and protocols.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Must be available to work Monday through Saturdays as necessary.
· Must be willing to work as a team player.
· Must have great communication skills verbally/ written.
· Strong computer skills.
· Positive attitude and willing to learn.
· Able to multitask calmly and efficiently.
· Must have pleasant demeanor.
· Physically able to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting and other
activities necessary to perform job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
