What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patti’s Server position at Patti's 1880's Settlement?
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing and customer-service oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Server. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing excellent service to guests and will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at tables
- Take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Check on guests periodically to ensure they are satisfied with their meals
- Handle cash, credit card and other forms of payment
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner
- Assists with setup and breakdown of dining room
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to lift 25 pounds over head
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
