We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Beverages & Food:
- Craft and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in drink preparation.
- Prepare and serve light food items
- Process customer transactions using the cash register and other payment methods
- Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the store and be able to answer customer questions
- Follow all safety and security procedures when handling cash and merchandise
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, including resolving customer complaints and issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of basic math and ability to handle cash transactions
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
