Property management company in Columbia is looks to fill a position for a Front Desk/property manager. This is an entry-level position. This role requires a diverse range of skills to excel. These skills include but are not limited to computer proficiency, time management, attention to detail, excellent communication, organization, adaptability, problem-solving, customer service, multi-tasking, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer phones, forward calls to agents, if necessary. Answer questions that can be answered.
- Process registration forms in the order they are received
- Update registration tracker
- Manage front desk email and respond to emails/texts from customers
- Check voicemails, return calls or forward messages – at least twice daily
- Send inquiry information response to all new guest cards daily
- Update lockbox log and key closet weekly
- Assist other property managers as needed
- Answer the front door, assist guests as needed, sign for packages, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must have Property Manager’s license or obtain one within 90 days
- Entry-level position, minimum experience required
- Must have previous property management experience - min 3 years
- Must be knowledgeable in computers, different software, navigating technology – experience with AppFolio is a plus
- Must be personable and great with communication when answering phones and speaking with customers
Benefits Offered:
- Full time position 37 1/2 hours/week (Office closed at 1:30 on Friday)
- Salary range $40 -$45,000
- 14 Paid Holiday
