We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Property Manager to join our team. This role requires a skilled individual to serve as a liaison between employees, contractors, property owners, and the public, while reporting directly to the company President. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft 365 programs (Excel is a plus) and QuickBooks / AppFolio experience.
Responsibilities :
- Provide front-office customer service with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Oversee day-to-day property management tasks, including client interactions, owner statements, and management fees.
- Maintain and organize property management contracts and related documents.
- Use QuickBooks and / or AppFolio for financial and property management functions.
- Manage collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of contractors and other service providers.
- Ensure smooth communication between property owners, tenants, and staff.
Requirements :
Licensing : Property management license is a plus, or willingness to obtain one.
