Job Summary:
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for various administrative tasks and accounts receivable duties. The person in this role will be a fundamental part of ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and successfully every day.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Work with project managers and production managers to assist with project coordination.
• Work with project managers and production managers to assist with pre-construction project administration.

- AIA billing preparation
- Procore management
- Warranty Submission
- Subcontract Issuance
- Scheduling
- Customer Communication
- Daily Job Report review and filing
- Dataforma job entry
- Billing and AR
- Heavy Accounts receivable and collections responsibilities.
- Assisting service department with daily coordination.
- Managing work orders and invoicing for service-related projects.
- Assist Project Managers to make sure jobs are running smoothly.
- Assist with contract review and filing.
- Other tasks as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 1 years of construction billing experience.
- 1 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Commercial roofing experience preferred.
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a pressure environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Dataforma is ideal but not necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
