Duties
- Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions to enhance the knowledge base for future reference.
- Provide technical assistance and customer service for Health Bureau of Communicable Diseases Patient Care Programs
Skills
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- 2 years of clerical duties in data entry.
- 3 years of Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Proficiency in desktop support, including familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service excellence.
