About the Role:
We are seeking a Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of the entire recruitment process—from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to balance high-volume temporary staffing with strategic permanent hires.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their hiring needs for both temp and perm roles.
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates in a variety of industries.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring and employment regulations for temporary staffing.
- Provide a high-touch candidate and client experience, ensuring long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of full-desk recruiting experience (temp & perm staffing).
- Proven success in business development and client management.
- Strong sourcing and placement skills across multiple industries.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Experience using ATS/CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, self-driven environment.
Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
