About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to open and build a brand-new office in Orlando. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead and grow a new office from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a background in Professional Services or similar industries, with a passion for new business development and office leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and growth of the Orlando office.
- Build and manage a full desk, with a primary focus on new business development.
- Drive both permanent and contract placements
- Develop and execute strategies for success, becoming a key figure in the local market.
- Build relationships with clients and candidates in the Orlando area (relocation candidates must already have experience in this market).
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience running a full desk and developing new business in Professional Services or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge and connections within the Orlando market.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the passion to build something new from scratch.
Compensation:
- Base salary between $100k–$120k, with competitive incentives for business growth.
