What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Coordinator position at Paul Culver Construction?
The Construction Project Coordinator provides technical and administrative support to the project team and manages limited scope projects as outlined in the list of duties and responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage Project Documents in Procore
· Preparation of project-related correspondence
· Consistent follow-up with subcontractors, the design team, and owners on all project related action items (submittals, closeouts, change orders etc.)
· Process technical product data and shop drawing submittals
· Issue Subcontracts and Purchase Orders at the direction of the Project Manager
· Distribution and tracking of project related technical materials in conjunction with the Project Manager
· Maintenance of all project logs utilizing Procore (submittals, RFIs, etc.)
· Assist in tracking of change orders
· Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and document preparation of meetings
· Attendance at project meetings. Produce and distribute meeting minutes
· Produce closeout packages for the Owners
· All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Experience in the Construction Industry( 3 years) is a must
· Experience in Procore is preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
· Extreme attention to detail
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and work independently
