Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Professionally represent Paul Davis Restoration as the first point of contact through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media interactions, ensuring exceptional service is provided to our valued customers and clients.
- New Loss Intake: Accurately intake new losses, create comprehensive job files, and efficiently assign the necessary participants to ensure prompt and extraordinary service delivery.
- After Hours Intake: Participate in the on-call rotation to communicate with customers, intake new jobs, and dispatch the after-hours team as required, ensuring customers receive timely support even outside regular business hours.
- Customer Feedback: Collaborate in overseeing customer feedback surveys, online reviews, and social media platforms, effectively tracking feedback and ensuring timely closure of customer concerns.
- Highschool Diploma and/or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Associates degree (2-year) preferred but not required.
- Uphold the Paul Davis Core values, vision, and mission statements.
- Professional, courteous, empathetic, and exceptional communication skills in phone, email, and in-person interactions with customers.
- Willingness to participate in the after-hours rotation for job intake and dispatching.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong ability to work productively, stay organized, and remain professional under pressure.
- Resourceful, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs.
- Openness to receiving training, coaching, and regular feedback.
- Hours: 8:30-5pm Monday through Friday
