Paul Davis is currently looking for an Emergency Recovery Coordinator. We help home owners and building managers put their lives together after a traumatic event. If you like helping others and would enjoy the reward of knowing that you helped someone rebuild their home, come join us.
This position is highly commission based and first year earnings average $65-90k with potential to exceed $100k in year 2 and beyond.
Emergency Recovery Coordinators works with owners after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As the Emergency Recovery Coordinator, you will provide assistance to the property owner. The short-term humanistic needs of the property owner will come first. The property owner will be treated with the dignity, compassion and respect they deserve.
We are looking for an individual with a strong sales background who is comfortable being compensated on commission. If you are self-motivated and like your paycheck to depend on your ability to produce, this job is for you. The ideal Emergency Recovery Coordinator:
- Is self-motivated
- Likes working with and helping people in need of assistance
- Is organized, but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time
- Thrives under high stress situations
- Has excellent communication skills
- Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 5 years’ experience in any of the following or combination is preferred:
Military, Fire Service, EMS, Police, Construction, Insurance, Restoration, Sales and Customer Service.
This is an on-call position which requires responding to incidents at all hours and days of the week depending on when emergencies happen.
