The Field Services Coordinator serves as the hub of all On-Site service needs. This position will bridge the gap between operations, customers, vendors and sales team members providing up to date information on the state of repairs, parts inventory & purchasing, as well as tech dispatching and recruiting.
Essential Functions
- Dispatch / Schedule technicians
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio and Sharepoint
- Manage all On-Site repairs from ticket entry to ticket close
- Ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure all charges and costs are accurate
- Be the liaison between TRG and third-party partners providing any pertinent information required to complete the service ticket
- Monitor progress and ensure that deadlines are met, and schedule and budgets are adhered to
- Daily tracking of packages to client locations
- Recruit 1099 repair technicians nationally as needed
- Maintain detailed database of all candidate
- Generate reports on call activity
