Commercial Sales Manager
Salary - $65,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience)
We have recently tripled our service area and are looking for a dynamic, seasoned commercial sales partner who seeks a challenging and rewarding career. This role is a hybrid job with lots of autonomy, based in the Columbus, NE office and traveling to the Freemont and Norfolk areas one / two times per week.
RESPONSIBILITES :
Establish a current list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings / facilitiesCold calling prospective business by emails, phone calls and in person introductionsB2B sales to customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services to support their facilitiesSchedule in person meetings with prospective commercial business accountsMaintain and grow current commercial business relationshipsSubmit and maintain a log of weekly activities and meetings scheduledPlans, develops and establishes sales policies, principles and proceduresMaintain a commercial client contact log and pipelineInvestigates market conditions and facilitates to determine time, place and type of saleCoordination, attendance and promotion of all company events relating to marketingCE classes

Generate a weekly individual sale on estimates AND commercial salesGenerate monthly sales data for individuals, departments, and divisionsCreation of a daily loss report and lead reportMaintain company’s CRMWork with PDRI Regional Marketing Managers to promote and marketing your local officeConduct market research and assist with lead generationParticipate in staff meetingsAttend company trainings and conferencesCompetency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
