Our mitigation technicians help people and their properties recover from damage due to disasters. Prior experience working for a disaster restoration company is a plus, but not required.
The Position:
- Water extraction, carpet pad removal
- Mold removal, containment
- Demolition of damaged property and material
- Maintaining equipment used in daily tasks
- May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Operating machinery and/or power tools
- Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Rotating after-hours on-call work schedule
- Follows established safety practices
Physical Demands:
- Be exposed to various indoor & outdoor working conditions; change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating
- Stand, walk, lift, squat, crawl & crouching required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The Location:
Phoenix, AZ
Compensation and Benefits:
- $16— $24/hr depending on the level of experience
- Paid Vacation
