What does an ERC with Paul Davis do?
As an ERC, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to ensure the property owner that you can take care of their property. ERCs support owners, adjusters, Project Managers, First Responders, and Community Leaders following fires or floods. Their goal is to ensure customers receive excellent care during the transition from chaos to calm. ERCs are dynamic speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings.
Responsibilities :
Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency eventsCooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entitiesCreate and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customerParticipate in restoration related community awareness events and programsThe ERC searches for and acts on potential opportunities to provide top-notch care to customers after traumatic events like fires or floods. They work closely with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders, and community leaders.The ERC will develop a positive and trusting relationship with the property ownerQualifications :

Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and needMonitors interprets and responds to lead sourcesEstablish and maintain positive relationships in the local communityVolunteer non-operational time to related community eventsOn-call 24 / 7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduledAchieve and remain current in required certificationsProvide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property ownerSupport the office and company in their organizational mission, vision, and valuesRequired Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or GED requiredFour plus years’ experience in the following areas (any combination) : restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, insuranceTwo plus years’ experience in an outside sales role or customer service rolePreferred Skills Desired of Team Member :
