WHAT DOES A PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT WITH PAUL DAVIS DO?
- Assist the Senior Project Manager with all aspects of the construction lifecycle
- Initiate and maintain communications with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Maintain construction schedules and ensure timely project completion
- Review subcontractor and vendor invoices
- Order job materials and manage inventory
- Assist with the development and management of project punch lists
- Ensure all contracts and documents are collected and properly filed
- Celebrate project completion with your team and homeowners, knowing you've helped restore their property and their lives
The Project Manager Assistant plays a key role in the management and coordination of construction projects, assisting from the time a successful bid contract is awarded through to the completion and final payment stages. This role ensures that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, with high-quality results.
