- Ability to deliver clear communication and certainty to property owners.
- Proficient with Xactimate and/or Symbility estimating software.
- Tech-savvy with strong organizational skills.

- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Industry certifications (e.g., IICRC, Lead).
- Willing to undergo comprehensive training if limited experience.
- Achieve sales and gross margin objectives while delivering an exceptional brand experience.
- Scope, estimate, and sign profitable projects for production teams using Xactimate and Symbility.
- Communicate change orders and insurance supplements accurately.
- Ensure timely project completion within service level agreements and profit margins.
- Participate in an on-call rotation (evening/weekend availability for new losses).
- Build strong relationships with property owners, insurance adjusters, and TPAs.
- Represent Paul Davis at local community events.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
