As a Xactimate & Symbility Estimator, you’ll work directly with property owners, insurance adjusters, and Project Managers to scope and sign reconstruction projects following disasters like fires or floods. You’ll play a vital role in rebuilding communities by providing accurate estimates and guiding property owners through the process of restoring their homes and businesses.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver clear communication and certainty to property owners.
• Proficient with Xactimate and/or Symbility estimating software.
• Tech-savvy with strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to learning and professional development.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Industry certifications (e.g., IICRC, Lead).
• Willing to undergo comprehensive training if limited experience.
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross margin objectives while delivering an exceptional brand experience.
• Scope, estimate, and sign profitable projects for production teams using Xactimate and Symbility.
• Communicate change orders and insurance supplements accurately.
• Ensure timely project completion within service level agreements and profit margins.
• Participate in an on-call rotation (evening/weekend availability for new losses).
• Build strong relationships with property owners, insurance adjusters, and TPAs.
