Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in water mitigation (demolition, drying), environmental services (mold remediation, asbestos abatement, COVID-19 spraying, etc.), and contents manipulation and cleaning (packing, moving, inventory, and cleaning).
- Skills in textile and upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, and furniture repair are also valued.
- Assist in warehouse inventory and organization when necessary.
Job Qualifications (Required Skills):
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following documentation procedures.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more on a frequent basis.
Licenses/Certifications – preferred, not required:
- IICRC: ASD- Applied Structural Drying; WRT- Water Damage Restoration Technician; FSRT-Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
- Paid time off (PTO) after first year of employment.
