Position : Business Development (Sales)
Job Overview :
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships to secure contracts and generate new business. Your primary goal is to educate potential clients on our services, drive revenue growth, and support our mission of providing fast and effective restoration solutions.
Hours / Week : Full-time, 40 hours
Territory : San Antonio and surrounding area
Summary :
To promote the Mitigation and Reconstruction services of Paul Davis Restoration
To build and Maintain industry relationships to promote Business growth
Deliver leads and projects to our Mitigation, Contents and Restoration teams.
Help people in their time of need
Responsibilities :
Develop relationships through networking, outreach, and strategic communication to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base
Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
Proactively identify and engage potential clients, including property managers, business owners, homeowners, and insurance agents.
Attend business networking functions to promote the business
Attend community and charitable events
Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
Collaborate other franchises, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager
Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis
Skills and Knowledge :

Strong organizational skills
Exemplary computer skills, i.e. Internet & Microsoft Office
Compensation :
Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus UNCAPPED commission

Qualifications :
Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree (Not Required)
2 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Restoration, Construction, or a related industry
