Job Duties :

  • Maintain, establish, and grow new & existing relationships with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, Facility Managers, Commercial Brokers, Risk Officials, Business Executives, etc.
  • Champion multi-layered and tailored marketing approaches to target client groups specific to their needs
  • Utilize and administer our internal Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Luxor & RMS to help with sales tactics and day to day
  • Weekly updates to manager(s) to keep line of communication open
  • Coordinate meetings, lunches, and presentations to educate on company / industry news
  • Develop, promote, and host technical training and educational programs for target clients
  • Create presentations, provide progress reports and deliver to senior-level company officials
  • Coordinate and participate in seminars, tradeshows, golf outings, and other industry events
  • Liaison for industry groups including, but not limited to, Fox Valley Adjusters Association
  • Assist with Planning and hosting internal and client events
  • Support annual charity efforts and other community service initiatives
  • Serve as Administrator for special campaigns and assignments
  • Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes
  • Assist with the development of marketing processes over time
  • Comply with business development standards and follow set processes for routine work
  • Institutional sales and marketing standards and processes
  • Additional Job Duties as requested
  • Requirements

  • Outgoing, sales-driven, and passionate about gaining and maintaining business relationships
  • Responsible, self-starter who enjoys working independently and collectively toward company goals
  • Possess attention to detail and provides progress reports
  • Operates at a high level in a fast-paced environment while contributing problem solving and resourceful offerings
  • Creative in promoting Company values and services through a highly professional demeanor
  • Valid driver's license / reliable transportation
  • Able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings
  • Education :

    Bachelor's Degree plus equivalent marketing experience

    Experience :

  • 5 years of professional marketing experience
  • Previous marketing and / or sales experience and mid to senior career achievements
  • Experience with construction management and / or property and casualty insurance is beneficial
  • Background or familiarity with property management or facility operations would be helpful
  • Physical Demands :

  • Occasionally lift up to 30lbs.
  • Frequent use of manual hand dexterity
  • Frequent sitting
  • Occasional walking and stairs
