Job Description:
- Professionally represent the PD principles of honesty and integrity
- Develop & maintain good relations with Customers
- Generate a salvageable or non-salvageable contents inventory
- Record, Label, and download all customer’s personal contents using Assured Software
- Clean contents (small and large)
- Supervise temp help on job sites
- Assist in packing and unpacking customer's contents
- Additional job duties as needed
- Able to work overtime when needed
- Able to be on-call based on a rotation basis
- A high level of attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to successfully complete Pre-employment screenings
Education: High School Diploma or Higher
Experience:
- Entry Level
- Experience with Assured Software a plus
Physical Demands:
- Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs.
- May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull.
- Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
- Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.
- Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions.
