What You’ll Do:
- Lead and assist on-site mitigation efforts for water, fire, smoke, and mold damage.
- Perform structural drying, deodorization, content cleaning, and demolition as needed.
- Accurately document all work using tools such as moisture meters and psychrometric readings.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety procedures on all job sites.
- Communicate clearly with project managers, customers, and team members.
- Support quality control and mentor less experienced technicians.
- Maintain equipment, company vehicles, and inventory readiness.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond quickly to after-hours emergencies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in mitigation/restoration.
- IICRC Certification(s) preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT).
- Strong knowledge of mitigation equipment, moisture detection tools, and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail, customer-first mindset, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Able to lift 50–100 lbs., work in physically demanding environments, and handle confined spaces or extreme weather.
- Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.
