Since 1966, we have helped more than 2 million property owners restore their properties and livesLocation : The location can be based out of one of our three offices : Boston Metro (North Attleboro and Worcester) or in New Hampshire (Portsmouth). This is a sales position and the candidate is not expected to be in the office every day as he / she will be on the road visiting prospective clients. Responsibilities : The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a commercial sales position that will prospect and build new account relationships while growing and maintaining the existing account base. The BDM will be responsible for generating new business and cultivating relationships within targeted commercial verticals. This individual will focus on securing partnerships with property managers, facilities directors, and decision-makers in industries such as : Real Estate & Property Management (commercial office buildings, apartments, condo complexes)Hospitality (hotels, resorts, conference centers)Healthcare (hospitals, clinics, assisted living facilities)Education (schools, universities, daycares)Retail (shopping centers, large retail chains, grocery stores)Manufacturing & Industrial FacilitiesMunicipal and Government PropertiesGeneral Contractors Other Commercial verticalsThis role requires a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual who is able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial sales and an understanding of the disaster restoration industry.
