    Your Role in Driving Success

    Sales and Business Development :

  • Design and execute a strategic sales plan to grow commercial vehicle sales within your territory.
  • Identify and connect with potential customers, including businesses, contractors, and mid-sized fleet owners.
  • Leverage market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Build a thriving sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and turning opportunities into sales.
  • Collaborate with the RVP and marketing teams to develop impactful promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Bring the showroom to the customer—transport vehicles to on-site locations, conduct engaging walk-arounds, and deliver on-the-job demonstrations that make an impression.
  • Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, from customers to dealers and industry influencers.
  • Be the trusted point of contact for your territory, offering solutions, answering inquiries, and delivering standout customer service.
  • Foster loyalty through regular meetings, hands-on product demonstrations, and training sessions tailored to customer needs.
  • Recognize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services, helping customers grow their fleets with the best solutions.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting :

  • Achieve and surpass sales goals, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay organized by tracking activities, customer interactions, and progress using HubSpot CRM and other tools.
  • Provide accurate, timely sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to keep the team informed and ahead of the curve.
  • Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.

    What You Bring to the Table

    Qualifications :

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of proven success in B2B territory sales, ideally within the commercial vehicle industry. Experience in similar industries will also be considered.
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and grow a thriving sales territory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in negotiation and closing deals, with a focus on fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable with MS Teams and Zoom for effective remote communication with clients and team members.
  • A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel extensively within your territory for in-person sales meetings.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working in an office or field environment, including navigating tight spaces.
  • Capability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
  • Occasional need to climb stairs during on-site visits or in office settings.
